Her fleece is very uniform and the handle is amazing and it's dense. All of her girls share this attribute.

She was bred to CL9 Archon and has produced the most amazing male cria. He will be on the show circuit in 2010. CL9 Mira

$10,500

Mira is the dominant personality of the farm. She is friendly and is a wonderful mother. She has prodigious milk, and her cria maintain her good temperament. She has no delivery problems. Her health has always been excellent. She is good sized but is easy to handle and leads well. She comes from a full Peruvian heritage. All of her cria begin with very low microns and maintain them for years. They produce low micron cria as well. Mira's handle is excellent despite a high micron.

She was bred to Typhoon, another full Peruvian male who has excellent bloodlines. His fleece has maintained low microns, 21.7, at 5 years and combined with Mira's excellent fleece traits, this is probably her best cria.

Maidens

Woodland Meadows Peony
DOB: 08/25/07
Sire: Woodland Meadows Mesquite

20.7 3.9 18.8 1.3

This is one cute maiden. She has a sweet face and resembles her sire. She's friendly and will come up to you to say hello. She's very dense. Her fleece has light fawn in the topknot and along her midline. It's very hard to see except on the topknot. She has good bone density. She's one of "Marshmallow's girls" and could produce only females herself. No promises yet but several females from this line have thrown only females.

Although she's ready to breed we are holding her open until June 2010 because our pastures are totally full. Purchase her now and select your breeding.

Woodland Meadows SnowBelle

Sire: King Solomon's Topaz
Dam: WM Snowflake
Color: White
$5,000
SnowBelle has so much potential! She's a 4Peruvian Pachacuti granddaughter, a King Solomon granddaughter and with these outstanding bloodlines she can produce greatness. Her fleece is very dense and has wonderful handle and uniformity. Her full sister, Woodland Meadows Terra, has produced some truly outstanding cria. We feel a breeding to Gypsy's Maximus could produce the same quality cria.

Woodland Meadows Euphoria
DOB: 06/24/07
Sire: Gypsy's Maximus

$7,500
Euphoria got her name because she's such a rich, dark brown. She's just a bit browner than bay black. She's a pretty girl who is good sized and has very good bone structure. Her fleece is long and dense and bold crimp. Her dam is true black and her sire is dark brown. Her sire has grey in his background and is out of Silas of Bolivia.

She's ready to breed now but she's open because our pastures are full. Purchase her now and select your breeding. She would make a great combination with Penumbra.

Woodland Meadows Shasta

$7500
Shasta is a fantastic buy at $7500. She's a very low micron, crimpy and dense maiden out of Sumar who produces very low micron cria. These low microns stay low for years. Mira has been paired with Sumar several times and each cria has fleece with 16-17 microns. We haven't had Shasta's histogram done yet but there's no doubt it will be very low.
